Use this option to maintain the Class master file. The Class master file is used in most of the other Micronet master files to further categorise records for reporting and inquiries.
For example, in the Micronet General Ledger (MGL) system, classes can be used to group MGL accounts together for special reporting requirements, e.g. to classify accounts as Fixed Expenses or Variable Expenses, or as Selling, Operational and Financial.
When producing reports, you can choose the classes you want to display or print, and sort the records within their classes.
